Refund policy


At Belameres, we take pride in the quality and integrity of our skincare products and treatments. For health and safety reasons, and to maintain fairness during promotional periods, we kindly ask you to review our return policy below.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of your purchase date. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unopened, unused, and in perfect condition
  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase

Please note that any return request during or following a promotional period will not be accepted for the purpose of reordering the same item at a discounted price.

Items purchased at full price cannot be returned and re-ordered at a lower price once a sale has started.

This policy ensures equal treatment for all customers and protects against return abuse during discount periods.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Items purchased on sale (unless faulty or damaged)
  • Gift cards or downloadable products
  • Health or personal care items for hygiene reasons

Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged items. If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us at carina@belameres.com with your order number and photos.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for processing.
