Australian Orders

We ship all skincare orders within Australia via tracked courier. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days — $9.95
  • Express shipping: 1–3 business days — $14.95
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $150

International Orders

We ship to selected international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please allow 7–14 business days for international delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery through the carrier's website.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any concerns with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it.

  • Unopened products in original packaging may be returned for a store credit or exchange
  • We do not accept returns on opened skincare products for hygiene reasons
  • Treatment deposits and bookings are non-refundable but can be transferred to another date with 24 hours notice

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at carina@belameres.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
